LYMPH CIRCULATION
Add oil to palms, rub together to slightly warm oil, gently massage oil into areas where lymph nodes are concentrated such as neck, armpits, and groin using light, circular motions. Best used on tender or puffy areas to to help eliminate waste and toxins. Due to the diuretic properties of The G.O.O., this blend helps open blockages and reduce water retention bringing a fresh flow of energy throughout your body! Use once or twice daily to promote healthy, lymphatic flow.
SKIN IRRITATIONS, ECZEMA, AND RASHES
For dry, cracked, or itchy skin, apply G.O.O directly to skin where needed and reapply as often as necessary to soothe and soften. It's deeply skin-nourishing and gentle for sensitive skin. Rich in essential fatty acids and antioxidants, the oils in this blend have been well-known to help with Eczema, Rosacea, and Psoriasis. BATH OIL
Drizzle your precious G.O.O. into warm bath water for a luxurious, aromatic, skin-nourishing soak! Great for helping to soothe aches, pains, and inflammation. Add bath salts for additional benefits. Simply pat dry after your bath for silky soft skin.
SCAR REPAIR
On healed scars, apply a small amount to fingertips. Vigorously rub into scar tissue in a zig-zag motion. Consistency is key with scar tissue! Apply 1-2 times daily.
HAIR OIL
Apply a small amount of oil to hair to help tame frizz, condition, or apply to ends of hair to maintain healthy ends.
