Return Policy
My goal is to make blends you absolutely love. If you receive your order and it does not meet your expectations, or an item arrived damaged during shipment, please contact me via email: topsyblends@gmail.com at your earliest convenience. I am happy to work with you on a solution that leaves you with peace of mind because that's what Topsy Blends' mission is all about!
Shipping Policies
Processing Time: All orders are prepped and shipped within 2-4 Business Days via USPS.
Rush/Expedited Orders are not available at this time.
Shipping Costs: Pricing on shipment varies on weight and range between $4.95-$10.95. Orders over $75 qualify for free shipping!
Free pickup in Eugene, Oregon: There is a free local pick-up option available in downtown Eugene at checkout.
Gift Options: At checkout, there is a box to click for gift orders. No pricing is visible on the packing list. You also have the option to write your gift recipient a note!
*Please use your email address at checkout (not your gift recipient) as you will receive the email order confirmation with pricing. For special order notes, please use the note field at checkout.
