The Respiratory ReLeaf organic essential oil blend is a powerhouse of immune-boosting essential oils to support respiratory health and helps clear up allergy symptoms. Perfect to diffuse, or to use in a steam tent.
 
What's a steam tent?! Add hot, but not boiling, water to a bowl and add 1-2 drops of this Respiratory ReLeaf essential oil blend to the water. Cover your head with a towel over the bowl, *make sure to close your eyes* and take deep inhalations for 1-2 minutes. Blow nose if necessary. This helps clear congestion, runny noses, and support immune and respiratory health! 
 
If you are battling a cold, do a steam tent 3x a day, or as necessary, and up to 2 days after your symptoms cease.
