Why Do Essential Oils Help My Feet?

Even though the skin on the bottom of the feet is thick, it has large pores that absorb essential oils effectively. Once absorbed, the oils can enter the bloodstream and exert their therapeutic properties. Add up to 12 drops of essential oil per ounce of carrier.
